Co-Creating a Beloved New Thought Community:
The New Thought Village
What if we could take the ideas we talk about every day—love, wisdom, community—and actually live them in a place built on those principles? That’s the vision we’re holding at New Thought Media Network (NTMN). A real, physical space where we don’t just talk about transformation—we embody it. A community where we support each other, grow together, and live in harmony with both the land and one another. We call it New Thought Village—a living expression of the Global Heart Vision. We are currently building a website for this project at www.newthoughtvillage.org.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke of the Beloved Community—a vision of a society rooted in love, justice, and mutual care. More recently, Rev. Jim Lockard has expanded on this idea, calling us to intentionally build spiritual communities that embody these principles in action. Now, we take it a step further by embracing the lessons of Michael Singer’s The Surrender Experiment—letting go of rigid control and instead surrendering to the unfolding of divine wisdom as we build this vision together.
We are the ones who get to create the world we wish to see. No one else is coming to do it for us.
This is more than an idea—it is an invitation to live in a way that reflects our deepest spiritual values while allowing the path to emerge organically.
Bringing the Global Heart Vision to Life
For years, NTMN has been all about sharing uplifting messages and fostering a worldwide spiritual community. Now, we’re taking it to the next level—creating a space where we can gather in person, learn, teach, and truly experience the power of living in spiritual principle. New Thought Village is our opportunity to bring this vision to life.
This isn’t just about a retreat center, although that’s part of it. It’s not just about sustainable living, though that’s part of it too. It’s about co-creating something new—a Beloved New Thought Community where media, music, art, and spiritual practice all come together in a powerful way. A place where people can live, visit, and participate in something bigger than themselves.
And just like in The Surrender Experiment, we don’t have to force this into existence—we simply say yes to the opportunities, people, and synchronicities that appear along the way. This community will take shape as we surrender to the highest vision unfolding through us.

A Retreat and Learning Hub: A place to recharge, reconnect, and dive deep into spiritual practice with immersive retreats, workshops, and events.
A Sustainable Living Community: A space where people can live in conscious, sustainable ways, working in harmony with nature.
A Creative and Media Hub: A center for New Thought creativity, where artists, musicians, writers, and media creators can collaborate and amplify our collective voice.
A Beloved New Thought Community in Action: A living demonstration of love, justice, equity, and inclusion, where everyone has a voice and a place at the table.
The vision is already here—we just have to say yes and step into it.
Rather than trying to control every aspect of this project, we are embracing the flow. We trust that the right people, resources, and opportunities will show up as we stay aligned with our purpose. This is about answering the call and stepping up to create something truly special—not by force, but by faith and surrender.
